Delivered Minimum Order:Our minimum order for delivery is $150.00.
All delivered orders are subject to a $2.00 fuel surcharge due to current fuel
costs.
You can always phone in your order and pick it up for free.
Lead Time:
Pick-up Orders:
Whenever possible, we appreciate ONE hour notice to fill your order.
Delivered Orders:
Ucluelet, Tofino, Ahousaht, Hot Springs:
Monday for Tuesday and Thursday for Friday delivery. (Please order before
2:00pm)
Port Alberni:
Tuesday or Wednesday for Thursday Delivery |
Lead Time for Delivery
(for Non Stock items and or Perishables)
Our main delivery days are Tuesday, and Friday. Although we maintain a large
inventory and attempt to estimate weekly requirements of perishable products, we
cannot guarantee supply without adequate lead time. By following the schedule
below you will recieve the highest fill rate possible. We will also do our best
to advise you if anything is being short shipped. Shorts are usually shipped out
to you on the following ship day.
Order Deadlines
Please fax or phone your order in before the deadline in order to ensure
availability.
Regular Stock Items: Monday by 5pm for Tuesday and Thursday by 5pm for
Friday
Dairy Products: Friday by 10am for Tuesday
Fresh Produce: Friday for Tuesday and Wednesday for Friday
Canada Bread: Monday for Friday and Thursday for Tuesday
Meats: (non stock items) Monday for Friday
Too many deadlines in you life?
Take advantage of our Tel-Sel Service and or Standing Order Service.
We will call you on order day so you can be sure that important inventory will
not be forgotten. Standing orders work great for fresh bread products!
Split Cases:
We offer split cases on most items. Our sales desk will advise you if items you
are ordering cannot be split. In the case of an order where communication is not
possible we will round up half cases to full cases or eaches to half cases. If
this is not acceptable please advise the sales desk. |
TBO Items: (To Be Ordered, not in stock on a regular basis)
TBO's are indicated as such in our product guide and are not considered to be an
Out of Stock item. They may, however, show as short on your invoice. These items
are ordered and shipped with your next order unless otherwise specified.
Out of Stock items- Back Orders:
We pride ourselves on our inventory levels and Order Fill Rate, nevertheless,
Out of Stocks do happen, especially with highly perishable items. Our order
pickers track shorted items and our sales team do their best to contact you and
report these items. We automatically Back-Order shorted items and ship with the
next order unless otherwise notified.
Pick-up Orders:
We welcome and encourage customers to come into our warehouse to pick up their
product requirements. In order to serve you better it has become necessary to
have your order phoned in or dropped at our office so it can be prepared for
pick up and cause you no delays. |
Credits and Refunds:
Claims for credit must be reported to our office within 24 hours of receipt of
goods.
Please quote your invoice number when you call the office to arrange pick
up of your returns. |
Payment:
Our terms of credit are NET 14 DAYS. First orders for new customers with
approved credit are COD.
We accept VISA and Mastercard for your convenience!
Pay your bill and collect Air Miles!!
Please pay by invoice, statements are not issued unless requested.
